Eyelid Surgery (Blepharoplasty) Before & After Images
This lovely 63-year-old patient turned to Dr. Harmon for upper eyelid surgery (blepharoplasty). She had concerns about redundant skin on her upper eyelids preventing her from opening her eyes fully and placing makeup on her upper eyelids. She is so excited about her results three months after surgery.
This 44-year-old patient came to Dr. Harmon to address drooping eyebrows significantly worse on the right side, redundant upper eyelid skin, and lower eyelid bags. A fat preservation upper and lower blepharoplasty and lateral temporal brow lift were performed. The lateral temporal brow lift was particularly difficult because she had undergone eyebrow tattooing extending above her right eyebrow to provide symmetric eyebrows. This required establishing a balance between lifting the eyebrows to open the eyes while preserving the symmetry of the eyebrow tattoos. She could not be happier with her results three months after surgery.
This 60-year-old patient turned to Dr. Harmon for an extended deep plane facelift, neck lift, lateral temporal lift, and upper blepharoplasty to address drooping lateral brows, redundant upper eyelid skin, drooping cheeks, jowls, and loose skin and muscle in the neck. She described wanting to look refreshed but still like herself. She could not be more excited about her results three months after surgery.
This 55-year-old patient came to Dr. Harmon to address redundant skin on her upper and lower eyelids as well as lower eyelid bags that she felt made her look angry and older than her actual age. A fat preservation upper and lower blepharoplasty were performed. Three months later, she is thrilled with her results.
